Consra joined New York life in September 2012 in Orlando, Florida after holding several leadership positions as an Accountant both in Venezuela and the US. As an agent she quickly achieved two Councils by 2013. This year she also achieved Life Career Success, Life Producer, Life Foundation Award, Centurion, New Org Agent of the Year, Life Case Rate Leader, and MDRT. In January 2014, Consra was promoted to Partner achieving Gathering of Eagles and View from the Top in 2014 and 2015 and was named Partner of the year for the South Central Zone in 2015.

In addition, through her service of the Hispanic community, she achieved the Presidente Award from the Hispanic Business Council and the prestigious Orgullo Hispano (Hispanic Pride award) from Univision.

In September 2016 Consra was promoted to Sr. Partner of the Orlando General Office. This year the Orlando GO achieved three trophies including the distinguished View from the Top.

Consra and her husband, Daniel, are blessed with two children; a 6 year old Valeska and Samuel who is 10.

Mike was promoted to Partner in June of 2015 after starting his career with the company as an agent in June of 2013. As an agent Mike was a two-time Executive Council agent and an office leader with many accomplishments and awards to his credit. In his first six months Mike was a Career Life Success and Career Life Producer Award winner. He was the 2014 1st Prior class leader and also received the distinguished Jim Barrom Award. In 2015, Mike was named a LifeStars Individual Life Allstar.

Prior to joining the New York Life family, Mike played three professional seasons in the New York Mets minor league system. Upon retiring from baseball, Mike and a colleague started a recruiting firm to assist high school baseball players select the most appropriate college for their talent level. He then spent 10 years as an outside sales representative in the steel industry.

Mike’s passion is helping people. He serves on the Nashville Board of Directors for Stop Hunger Now and is active with Habitat for Humanity. Mike impacts the community by helping people transition into a rewarding career. This is accomplished by helping to create and implement a personal vision that is both powerful and attainable.

Scott Ewing is a Brandon, MS native who graduated from Belhaven University with a bachelor’s degree in sports ministry. He was a successful agent in the Jackson, MS office for 4 years. As an agent, he won class leader^ in 2007, New Org agent of the year in 2008, and was a life all-star^ 2006, 2007, and 2008. As a development manager, Scott won the President’s Award in 2013. Scott’s primary objective is to equip each agent with the knowledge, skill set, and confidence to make New York Life a lasting career.

Sara Perry, FLMI, ACS, AIRC, AIAA

Sara began her career with New York Life in August 2005 as an Agency Assistant in the Nashville General Office. In March of 2009 she transferred to the Kentucky General Office to begin her training under the AMT program. In August 2010 Sara was promoted to Administrative Manager in the Mobile General Office. She has a Bachelors degree in Marketing from Middle Tennessee State University. She has also earned the following LOMA designations: Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI), Associate, Insurance Agency Administration (AIAA), Associate, Insurance Regulatory Compliance (AIRC), and Associate, Customer Service (ACS).


In February of 2016 Sara transitioned back to the Nashville General Office. Sara's responsibilities include supervision of 4 employees, in an office with 35 agents and 3 management staff. She is responsible for the completion of all administrative and processing functions with respect to new business and related accounting. She also ensures appropriate internal controls are maintained. As the immediate supervisor of the General Office clerical staff she provides training and guidance.

Sara is married to David and they have two children, Baylee and Henry.
